Soccer is perhaps the only recognized high school varsity sport that a 2-6 year old can develop skills for and play in a similar fashion to older players while truly enjoying and benefiting from the experience at such an early age. Therefore, parents are legitimately providing their children with a “head start” towards a viable and legitimate specific sporting goal by involving them in HappyFeet classes and leagues.
